From start to finish we’re here to make your experience a breeze!

Q- How soon do we need to book?

A- The sooner the better! Best to book at least one day in advance. We do same day setups after 11am for those last minute beach days! You can call or book in advance online.

Q- Can we come to your shop?

A- Yes! We have a couple options for you. Grab your goods from the shop and setup yourselves or we setup for you right down the street.

(Our shop is a short walk to the beach)

Q- Where are you located?

A- 645 A1a Beach Blvd. Suite C - St. Augustine Beach - FL

Q- Can we rent the items and setup ourselves?

A- Yes. We provide the beach setup service and same day rentals! You can come by the shop for hourly/same day rentals.

Hourly/same day rentals must be returned by closing.

Q- What if the weather makes us cancel?

A- We keep a close eye on the wind and weather conditions. If projected weather conditions prevent us from setting up, we can refund you for that day or you have the option of rescheduling to another day of your choosing. If we setup and inclement weather moves in and we have to breakdown early…there is no refund or rescheduling option.

Q- How will we know which setup is ours?

A- You’ll receive your setup ID number as well as other need-to-know info via text. Your designated booking ID number will be the same for the duration of your rental. We send you pictures of your setup every morning, so you’ll have no problem finding your little spot of paradise!

Q- Can we shift days around? Like…if our group is there for a week and we want 3 days mixed. Can I do Mon, Wed, then Friday?

A- Days booked run consecutive. We do not mix the days through the week. If a day is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule to a day you’d like.

Q- Is this too good to be true!?! How are you so affordable while providing such nice equipment and excellent service!?!

A- We’re so glad you asked! It’s true…We actually do provide this high quality of service/equipment for an affordable cost. At DRIFTERS it’s more than just a transaction. We want you to have a truly unique experience from start to finish. It shouldn’t break the bank for our customers to get a feel for luxury!
